It's part of the real Bill Clinton plan. Kill everybody on the planet except those in the doomsday device proof bunkers for the elite. The ratio of women to men in the bunkers will be 1000 to 1. Bill's plan was to immediately get busy repopulating the earth but now his hearth just isn't into it..
