Yup, but it does seem like dumb waste of money. They got nervous about us developing starwars. They asked us not to, we went ahead anyway. So they now they're blowing a bunch of money on nukes that'll probably make our star wars obsolete, if it ever works in the first place.

All this while our troops in Iraq don't have enough armor, and Russians live in poverty. What intelligent leaders the world has!!!

Who Keeps repeating the same lie over and over like a mantra, that communism is dead? The same intentions the Russians had back in 60-80's is still the same. IIRC this was resolved about 20 months ago, and the problem was due primarily to mfg capacity, not JFK voting against the $87 billion.
