Why shouldn't Sites have to look over his shoulder when he walks the streets of NY just like one of OUR Marines has to when he walks the streets of Fallujah? Especially when reporters like Sites has his six. Fair is fair.
I Don't think Sites ever read any Ernie Pyle or even knows who he was.

Quite honestly.......I wouldn't feel safe if I was him. The Semper Fi crowd takes care of it's own...and he has just touched one of their own. This is how they survive in extreme circumstances..
