Do you recall several months ago, when we were doing the research on Plum Island, I found a report that the currents in the ocean, would bring 'things' to the coasts of America?

One of the Cuban reports was about jars/bottles, filled with bio - germs, put into the current and it was planned that the Americans would find them on the beach and open them.

I assume there was a note in the bottle, as we have heard about notes in bottles, for all my lifetime.

Forgive me if I am repeating info, that you have already talked about, I am into a search, that has taken days and
goes on and on and am behind on reading Threat Matrix.
