I've been thinking about timing on the micro level.
It seems that terrorists would want to attack while families are dispersed to maximize fear. Kids at school, parents at work/home, etc.
Therefore I predict that the attack window is after 8:00 AM on the west coast and before 3:00 PM on the east coast.
11:00 AM to 3:00 PM east coast, 8:00 AM to Noon on the west coast.
I'm guessing during the Rush Limbaugh Show...
