I am wondering if this could be done by explosives. It sure fits in with terrorist intentions. We now have major economic and enviromental damage.
I was thinking the same thing. Also, if I recall correctly in areas near refineries in NY, Chicago, the Great Lakes area, and maybe even the Virginia and Baltimore area there were military ordinance that were found during this past year. After 20+ threads of info. there are tidbits that I recall...it's just a matter of connecting the dots.
