Thanks for all the good links today. I especially liked the one about the simple saline spray aiding in the prevention of SARS, flu, etc. (Did you see anthrax listed in there, too?) This, and the sinus irrigation are what's keeping me functional right now. More surgery next week -- my 6th this year.
