The boards activity seems to be pretty elevated right now. They are talking about the new Zawahiri tape, however aren't mentioning much about it. Most are asking for it to be uploaded so they can download it and view it.

Once it has been more widly viewed, then they'll talk about it. How they talk about it concerns me.

Following up a hunch, I checked on other possible meanings for the word "Septar". In astrology, it refers to a seven-year solar cycle.

This time seven years ago, Terrorist activity was reported at an ATAS fuel plant in Turkey (12/10/97) and against Western Geophysical in Nigeria (12/13/97).
