Yes, 41 has one at his Library because he spends alot of time there (in College Station)....though I'm sure it's not a multi-million dollar one!

I think the Rutherford B. Hayes library in Fremont, Ohio does, and even though he's dead, I still think the sexcapades in the Clinton apartment would be more kinky than with old Rutherford.
It was a part of his presidency, afterall. One of the Center's staff was quoted in one article as saying that they get both sides, with clintcom's detractors asking, "Where's the blue dress?"
