These two voters in Madison County impacted the result of a local school levy.

Another problem? Monday’s official election count had the London City School’s request for an income tax defeated by a single vote out of 6,337 cast. So the Frances’ double dipping — if they voted no — might have cost the struggling district $2.2 million annually.

It will be interesting to see what happens here. Madison County is probably the smallest in central Ohio on population. It is a solid Republican county.
