Lori... there's been a movement for some years now to split off the northern and eastern parts of King county into a new "Cedar" county.

I think it's a wonderful idea, but it's harder to do than it is to say.


Ok, so it's gonna be hard to do. Where do we start?

I'd sure like to do the same with eastern Multnomah county.
