Actually, The Republicans did - in fact, they did it in Yakima County, too, and the judge there said the votes don't count - Florida style court case is gonna result from that.

That's not the issue. If Republicans didn't get the names in King County where they knew they could get them, and do the same thing as the Democrats in King County where they knew they could do it, then they're idiots, whatever they might have been doing in Yakima.
