I exercise every morning upon awakening. One-two, one-two, one-two. 20 repetitions and then I do my other eye lid the same way.

Try this ... (I swear by this excersize) ...

Fill the bathtub as full and as hot as you can stand it ... reach down and pull the plug ... fight the current.

A year of reachin' down is ga raun teed to take, oh 2 maybe 3 eighth's off the ol' paunch.
