Mark Kennedy will have a very VERY tough time winning in Minneapolis / St. Paul. And given that 2006 will be a marginal democratic year - it will take Dayton becoming a Packer fan for Mark Kennedy to win that seat.
Minneapolis? Forget it. Maximize the red counties. Also: the Dems have more seats to defend in '06 than the Republicans. Dayton is the most endangered and least popular of the sitting Senators.
