I can*t quite read the captions on the Doonsbury cartoon [due to my webtv using a tv screen*s low pixels], so could someone please write out the captions for me? Thanks.
First Panel:
Forty-third President of the United States George Walker Bush (My comment: HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM APPLES!): Condi, what if I nickname Clarke "Stretcher." You know, becuause he's stretching the truth?
National Security Advisor Dr. Condoleeza Rice: Not strong enough, Mr. President.
Second Panel:
Dr. Rice: I mean, this guy is the king of lies! Sir! Do you know what he wrote about our first meeting?
Pres. Bush: Of course not - it's in a book.
(My comment: Oh you mean like "A Charge to Keep", written by PRES. BUSH!?!!?!?)
Third Panel:
Rice: He wrote I gave him the impression I'd never heard of Al Qaeda!
Bush: Had you?
Fourth Panel:
Condi: Oh like YOU had!
Dubya: Careful 'Brown Sugar'.
Hilarious. I'm rolling on the floor.
I sincerely wish everyone of these "cartoonists" a very Republican and conservative four years. May you choke on your own bile.
I hope that helps. Apologies for the comments and rants. These people sicken me.
