(summary from Dutch)

THE HAGUE - Minister Verdonk (Immigration) has declared a 38 year old Algerian as unwanted foreigner last week and expelled him to Spain.

The Algerian is A.B., a man who was suspect before of recruting jihad warriors in the Nehtherlands. B. had a Spanish residence permit and is therefore handed over to Spanish authorities.

A.B. was found innocent because according to the judge the Justice department had arrested and prosecuted him unlegally based on information from the AIVD (intelligence service). But according to Verdonk he was a threat to society.

She bases this on infromation from the AIVD that the man had extremist sympathies and has called on several meetings for violence against Westerns and especially Dutch.

Well it's a start. I hope this is the so called 11-2 mindset... Remove extremists ASAP.

Released because your intelligence agency identified as a threat? They won't even identify this obvious al Queda agent. He is free to plot mass murder again. Thanks Holland.

Stupid Dutch Political Correctness still protecting this terrorist by no nameing him. Further, the original charge was
dropped because of where the info came from, - the same artificial compartmentalization that cost us 3000 lives.

Old Europe will require lessons mutch closer to home before they learn.

Dutch laws prevents the prosecuting of people if the evidence against them is based on intelligence. Only police evidence can lead to a conviction.

I think solving that should be given a high priority. Don't know what the Spains are going to do with this terrorist now. Well at least he is out of our country.

Sorry FormerACLUmember. :-)

How appropriate, since Spanish PM Pansy Zapatero seems to love the islamofanatics so much.

The borders in EU-Europe are porous. This has to be a joke, to deport someone from the Netherlands to Spain. All the guy has to do is get on a train and he'll cross all the borders without even being checked most likely.

Hey, that's not our problem anymore.

Serious, I think this is a fine temporarily solution while we have to wait on new legislation. The less the merrier! :-)

Well, that is absolutely true. But, I hope the Spanish authorities have laws for taking away his residence permit and expel him to Algeria.

Dutch laws prevents the prosecuting of people if the evidence against them is based on intelligence. Only police evidence can lead to a conviction.

That's the Dutch version of what we had before 9/11, a "wall" between law enforcement investigations and clandestine intelligence investigations (the Jamie Gorelick et. al. disaster). That "wall" helped to shield the 9/11 plotters from interception before they could strike. The Dutch had best wake up before a bright blue morning brings to them the horror that that bright blue September morning brought to America.

Now compare this with the list of terror of Arafat in Israel or Mashkadov/Basayev in Russia.

Arafat - (Berezovsky - Mashkadov/Basayev); billions; terror. The terror dot is easy to connect.

It's worse than porous, there are NO borders at all. The guy as you say, can take a train straight back.

Also EU law says that you cannot deport someone to a country that has the death penalty. That is probably the reason he was not sent back to Algeria.

Holland supports terrorists, will not name them, and sends them to other lands.

Old Europe is TERRORIST.
