1. What biological agent can be dispersed from a crop duster?

biological agents would not likely be dispersed from a crop duster.
They would most likely be introduced into a water supply or ventilation system where there are lots of people.

2. What is the span, or how much land can a crop duster "dust" in one flight (presume it would pretty much be shot down)?
Depends upon the height of the plane at dispersal. The higher the plane, the more ground covered with less impact (presuming chemical not biological)
Closer to the ground (like over a crowded football stadium) = less ground covered with more impact.

3. Does weather play a factor? I mean, does the biological agent only "work" above 50 degrees?
Weather plays a factor in dispersal and lifespan.
Lower temperatures would only tend to shorten the lifespan.

4. What precautions can/should be taken? Should we keep gas masks in the basement?
Prayer is your best protection against biological agents.
Most gas masks will not protect you against biological agents.
Avoid large population areas in times of high risk.
