A little story that probably isn't such a little story. Let's hope they die miserably.

If this was orchestrated by China, it is a good sign. If it is a result of an internal power struggle within the North Korean military, it could be the start of a meltdown with unforseen consequences on the Korean peninsula and could affect Japan's security.

Japan has been chasing a Chinese nuclear submarine lately.

,,, Iran's done the big back down for now and lil Kim's show was next up for some attention. I hope he's out for more than just lunch. Names like Hyundai, Daewoo, Samsung and all the other intelligent Korean success legends will look a lot better on Pyongyang walls.

"But (US Democratic candidate) John Kerry's loss in the US election was a harder one. These are now very worried men."

Oh, if only those stupid redneck Americans would have elected our friend, John Kerry....

There is a rumour on Chinee-language internet sites (Chinese disidents, Falun Gong) that Kim Jong-il is already toppled by his subordinates in a coup. These officials want democracy and reunification with South Korea on Seoul's terms: Beijing doesn't like it and ordered 30,000 PLA troops to the North Korean border attempting to force Pyongyang to put Kim back in power.

I only have this source (in Chinese) as guide. I can't vouch for its accuracy because at times I feel it reads far too much like Debka:
