Does anyone know where the absentee ballots fit into all of this? Have they been counted yet?
I am from Montgomery Co., Ohio -- the only absentees not included with the initial counts are late-arriving OVERSEAS-ONLY absentees which were counted if they were received by 11/12. Normal absentees must be returned by election day. I believe this is true in all of Ohio.
