Let's say that Kerry wins 2/3 of the provisionals that survive (which is saying a lot, but whatever).

81% of 155K = around 126K. Kerry would net about 40K. Meaning Bush would be up by over 90K still...

It's over.

Kerry would have to win 76% of all the provisional and undervote/overvote ballots to change the results. It's not gonna happen (unless there's been a major tabulation miscount). This assumes there will be a recount which seems pretty much a given at this point.

Look ! here are a bunch of ballot boxes which were mysteriously overlooked , and - Wow! there are 100,000 votes here - and they are all for John Kerry!
