(CNSNews.com) - Iraqi intelligence documents, confiscated by U.S. forces and obtained by CNSNews.com, show numerous efforts by Saddam Hussein's regime to work with some of the world's most notorious terror organizations, including al Qaeda, to target Americans. They demonstrate that Saddam's government possessed mustard gas and anthrax, both considered weapons of mass destruction, in the summer of 2000, during the period in which United Nations weapons inspectors were not present in Iraq. And the papers show that Iraq trained dozens of terrorists inside its borders.

confiscated by U.S. forces and obtained by CNSNews.com There's no doubt whatsoever that Saddam possessed WMD, and it's nice that CNS News possesses the docs to prove just that, but I'll be surprised if the MSM picks this up. .....pleasantly surprised, but surprised.

To protect against the Iraqi intelligence documents being altered or misrepresented elsewhere on the Internet, CNSNews.com has decided to publish only the first of the 42 pages in Arabic, along with the English translation.
I don't get how keeping something secret except from accredited journalists can "Protect" it from being misrepresented. After all it was Accredited Journalists that floated the phony Bush documents.

Hasn't this same site been posting this story for a couple of months now? I suspect that at least FOX would pick up on it if it were legit. I'm not discounting it, just wondering why they aren't convincing even conservative news organizations of their claims.

I'll admit I didn't do any research as to whether it is true or false. It just struck me as odd that there was a report that said this that was more recent than most (If not all) of the stuff that the Libs are quoting.

We have had numerous documentation of WMD's in Iraq, of
training terrorists to fly jet planes, of conspiring with N.
Korea and Lybia to create nuclear devices but the sad facts
are that no one but us wants to hear the truth. It is simply
too difficult to deal with for everyone else. It's like the
border we know it's a disaster but who else will talk
about it. We the Pajamahadeen are the last to give up on the
truth and I hope we stay that way.

A good friend of mine had contact with a vet just home from Iraq. The guy claimed he was personally involved in the discovery of a cache of nasty chemical weapons. Also said he was aware of several others.
He said they were of U.S. origin.
Probably why we won't see any ink on this, I would imagine.

Just this evening heard Chris Matthews say there was no connection between Saddam and terrorist who were killing Americans!! Chis also implied that VP Cheney is lying about Iraq being connected to terrorist targeting Americans.
Chis Matthews, you are an idiot!

God knows Dan Rather would love to break this.

It would be a double edged sword for Dan. If he did the story, he would have to admit Bush was right about WMD's.
I don't think we're in any danger of that.
