The fact that his footage was not given to the military
does not reflect any credit to the reporter.

My understanding from press accounts is that the Marines in the field are rallying to his cause in a major way. They are not second-guessing him. They are standing should to shoulder with their comrade. One Marine staff seargent was quoted today as saying that he would have put two slugs in the jihadist. But, I guess,
those men are just not "upholding the finest traditions of the Corps."
