Supposedly lurch shot a kid as he ran with no weapon in hand. If he was facing lurch, lurch probably would have dived for cover, screamed for someone to get em boys...
But since the kid was fleeing with no weapon lurch found it convienant to shot him in the back. At least that is what the Swiftyss have reported.
