10%?? As usual BO is bloviating about something he knows nothing about.
MAYBE....just maybe 1% might be referred to as "renegade".
But 10% of the Army (as an example) would be almost 50K classified as "renegade".
That's a little over TWO divisions worth of soldiers.

I just knew that that post would get a reply from someone much smarter than me. I thought it was high but having never been in the service, it wasn't up to me to comment on O'Reilly's characterization.
Thank you --- perhaps O'Reilly will be set straight by some of the Generals and Colonels, like Colonel Hunt, that he has on him show sometimes. I just don't know if he would be brave enough to "bloviate" his opinion of the % of renegades to them.
