Given that reality, this young man will need legal counsel, unless we can find someone with military law experience to take the case pro bono. And I'm not talking about a uniformed area defense counsel, either. Most of them are too young/inexperienced for a case like this one. He needs a legal hired gun. Perhaps there are attorneys and bankers on FR who could help establish the fund, and identify potential legal counsel. Once you get it up/running, spread the word.
