I don't know either - we don't do baggy pants, earrings or tatoos in our family..........of course my husband is a Marine - maybe that accounts for the dress code here..........;^)
I would be embarassed to have someone in my family act or dress like that. I've always thought that boys who do this (baggy pants, acting like rappers, etc) either have a weak father figure or no father at all. Just my observation, nothing against the mothers. I know it's very difficult to raise a child on your own, but I have found that young boys are lost when they don't have a father.
