Not at all, but it appears the candidate did. If we are to take her at her word, many of these 'offenses' happened well before the election. That's when you have to raise the issues, not after. If you do it after the campaign, it inevitably turns to sour grapes.
Quibbling about the timing of investigations seems to be of little use. Of course, I don't doubt that had she made the complaints earlier some would have been complaining about that as well.
