I have had to keep this as a secret, we did not kow what was going to transpire, we had to just watch.
I did mention it to a few small groups of friends, but only once or twice publically, and I had to keep the details real quiet.
Now, we are at a crossroads, and I need to catch up on the lawyers fees.
I cannot reveal anymore than I have, and maybe not all that I have.
I am not trying to say anything to offend the plaintiff, none of what I have said is false, it is the facts as I know them and know to be true.
It looks like Scott's been sued too. What's the dispostion of his case?
