Perhaps it has been asked/answered in this 1000+ thread, but time prevents me from reading this thread.

Do you have a public defender or a paid attorney?

Has the thought of a countersuit been discussed with your attorney? I am not indicating this person assaulted you, but there are other defenses such as Abuse of Process and other anti-frivolous lawsuit defense measures.

Were there other cameras in the crowd? Was anybody videotaping the event? Were any TV NEWS people there?

This seems a little strange and I hope you are getting good legal advice. If you can't afford it, then make sure you have a good public defender.

I have been invloved in a frivolous lawsuit myself and I have excellent attorneys on my side. I hope you are getting the excellent advice I am receiving.

Never have I received so many pings to the same thread. Knowing how sensitive you are Jim, you must be moved beyond words.

I assumed your silence meant the matter was resolved amicably and to now hear you're $8,000 in arrears is upsetting me to no end. From the sounds of this Judge, I wonder if he too is beholden to that POS. When will this go to trial as I would like to be there to lend moral support?
