Let's keep this bumped to the top. I'll help where I can RB. And I'll pass this on to a few friends.

I'll do my part.
His church is a 501(c)(03).

FIRST CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH
605 Dixwell Ave
New Haven, CT 06511
EIN: 06-1173497
This organization is not required to file an annual return with the IRS because it is a church. It is a 501(c)(03) public charity.
No ego issues with him.

"When I came to this town there was a lot of skepticism about the clergy because of what Boise does," said another community leader who also did not want to be named. "He makes it tough to operate with integrity."
Yet Kimber does not plan on letting his detractors slow him down.
"I want to be a kingmaker," Kimber said. "I want to put the right people in office."
Hmmm. Isn't that goal a conflict for a 501(c)(03)...political "kingmaker," that is? Might want to alert the IRS if any sort of connection is there. Sure hate to see him lose that tax-free status.

I am embarrassed to have to do this, but I am forced to.No need for you to feel embarrassed. I should be the one who should be embarrassed because all I can offer are words of support because financially I'm strapped.

Howlin...Not often I agree with you on anything.
I have been reading the thread and some of the posters make me ill. The kind of people you do not want with you in any battle. Sanctimonious is the most polite term I can think of.

Race, I don't have anything I can spare you today, but I'll be happy to spread word of this far and wide.
God bless you, man, you'll definitely be in my prayers!

Before you accept any checks, see if you're entitled to Legal Aid representation. Your city should have a Legal Aid office; their mission is to help broke people get legal representation.
Accepting FR donations might preclude your eligibility for Legal Aid, especially if FR donations are legally considered income.
Was the suit filed in federal or Connecticuit court? If it was in federal court, you could file a motion for summary judgment.

BTTT!
Sending prayers and $$.
For what it's worth, Cyborg's idea about contacting Mark Levin is great. Levin also could put you in touch with Hannity.

I met Race at our CT Vets rally this Fall. You're a fine American citizen and as such are undeserving of this gross misuse of our courts. Count me in!
