Yup, we are better than that. And if the soldier in question is found to have shot a wounded combatant without cause, there should be discipline.

As for the now deceased terrorist, he most certainly sowed his life to the wind when he joined up with this evil bunch and now he has indeed reaped the whirlwind.

Agreed. If a Marine did execute a wounded prisoner then he was wrong. He should be removed from the battlefield and investigated. We must be above this.
