The french will never get it done in time. It takes
two years to just to let the bribes and another two years
to get someone to do the work and another two years to get
someone else to pay and then 8 years to build it. They
don't have enough time.
Speaking of that -- when is Greece supposed to complete construction of the venues for the 2004 Olympics?
