In the navy, fires are classified as:

Alpha: Any combustible, such as wood, clothing, etc.

Bravo: Fuel fire

Charlie: Electrical fire

Delta: Magnesium (aircraft brakes) fire

So when a person catches fire, such as this dude in front of the WH, he is called a "screaming alpha!"
