Focusing on the progress and being positive should also be a goal. I meet too many people who whine a lot. Whining isn't healthy.

Yep. Of course we'll never completely get rid of the whiners, but the positive people can move on up the food chain. The whiners can stay down at the bottom as they choose to be.
