The suggestion that Specter's appointment be delayed for two years is not acceptable.

Absolutely. That is only a temporary fix to the problem. Arlene opposes Repbulican principles on judicial nominations, and quite honestly should not be on the judiciary committee at all. Specter should be on a committee we have common ground on, not the one where he is on the polar opposite end of.

Absolutely right.

Why is he still there? Are they letting one man cause MAJOR problems for the Republican Party for any particular reason?
