yep, you can only be Gov one term in VA ... good or bad, you are limited to one term.
One of the first things Warner did when he took office was raise taxes. He is showing a huge surplus for VA with his tax increases, which tells me something. If we have such a big surplus, it seems we are being taxed way too much, or the money is not being spent where it needs to be. Schools roads, law enforcement,etc.
He also keeps himself primarily with his constituants in Northern VA. Rarely does he ever visit south side or SW VA. I think that he has forgotten rural VA.
If George Allen were to run against Warner, it would be an Allen landslide.(at least in VA) Allen was one of the most popular governors in VA, and has remained a very popular Senator.
