Educated people with brains are tired of listening to the mainstream media and have the Dan Blather's of this world give them a twisted snippet of the news and then tell the listeners what they should think about it. With talk radio, the talk is two ways. If you don't like what the host has to say, you call him up and debate the issue. And everyone listening gets to hear both points of view.

The mainstream media speaks of talk radio as if the listeners are robots and can't think, just the opposite is true.
