What is the device that flips down on the tank exactly 60 seconds into the clip? A rocket launcher by the looks of the thing. Techno-dudes will hopefully explain it better.

I think it was a Tow Missile Tube. Wired guided I think.

The "tank" is an M2 or M3 Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle. The thing is a 2 shot TOW anti-tank missle.
