They have saved their beloved "Con$tructive Dialogue$" with the murdering thieves for a little longer, and they can carry on their pillage and plundering of the besieged, doomed, land of the Persians. What a grotesque sham of a hullabaloo over a piece of paper, as the turbaned thieves use the Persians' capital to buy time to fortify their strangle-hold on the doomed country, and their European collaborators giddyly sell it to them.
