That's right!Isn't there some kind of an agreement that would preclude someone like this from"spilling his guts"under pain of prosecution by the government???

Clearly there are specific rules against spilling the beans for former CIA employees that can carry severe criminal punishment.

So, it is more likely that the previous book and his appearance on 60 minutes would have some kind of official approval. Misinformation perhaps. Outing the Clintonistas including Tenet. A declaration of war against Bush.

We'll have to see what he says.

But the rules clearly did not stop Richard Clarke from spouting either and endangering national security.
