I have found a critical case where Planned Parenthood set up a phone bank to help Specter defeat Toomey in the primary.
Even today, Planned Parenthood has a web link in support of Arlen Specter, and they are urging their supporters to support Arlen Specter.
What I don't see is Arlen Specter ever condemning Planned Parenthood or the help they have given him, though perhaps not monetarily.

They had this same info available for years.... WB33 in Dallas-FW even had a report on it, their reporter even called up an abortion clinic pretending to be a minor looking for an illegal abortion and got clear directions on how to do it from the Planned Parenthood Clinic.
