Tell me why we're wasting time on this issue when thousands and thousands of Mexicans will illegally immigrate into America in the next year?

Maybe we are going at it all wrong. How about we start burning the Mexican flag? When an uproar over that ensues, and people try to stop that, and protect the Mexican flag, then we protect the US flag as well.

I've criticized those who would burn the French flag here on FR, as well as those who would burn the American flag. Neither are any better than those who would pass laws to prevent people from expressing whatever sentiments they would have for choosing to burn flags. It's not the Mexican immigrants, Mexico, or Spanish speaking people who bother me, either. It's our leaders for failing to enforce the just and good laws that we already have that would defend our borders, our culture, and our national sovereignty.
