In a perfect world, I would agree. However, our enemies would love us to leave the UN because then we would loose our veto. I could see the EU gaining the use of our veto. You then would heve the 6 prement members of the UN passing world wide resoultions against the US. We must stay in the UN.

Their resolutions are already meaningless. Who whould enforce them when we're gone?

Well, we just can't have the UN passing resolutions against us, can we? It might hurt our feelings!
