For analysis, no one beats The Belmont Club.

For straight news reporting, I think FR is probably the best place, but I also check the NY Times site. I dislike some of the ways that the Times downplays American success and glorifies our enemies, but they seem to have the largest budget for news gathering in Iraq (and their reporter John Burns is always good).
