It's true. He was not a nice person, to say the least. He had one objective in life, several actually, but the primary one was to kill Jews and put Israel out of business. He was also dedicated to never letting peace occur between Israel and Palestine because that would have been his end, both politically and economically (from the loads of monies flowing to him from Arab dictators).
It was sad to watch the free world, especially the U.S. and Israeli leaders, MAKE COMPLETE FOOLS OF THEMSELVES TIME AFTER TIME...DECADE AFTER DECADE... pandering to this murderous terrorist, give him money which he readily took, each thinking they were going to go down in history as the leader that made peace between Arafat and Israel.
A true embodiment of the LIVING LIE as long as Arafat was alive....as history now notes it.
Sad but true, and to see the western world contribute to his financial well being, and that of his organization is nothing less than fueling the flames that will eventually consume us if we don't get a handle on the financials. The axiom "Follow the money" is more than just a statement, and I would add, go after the money is even more important as a means of shutting these terrorist down, and once the money is gone kill what's left over.
