Now just one further question. Suppose an ObGyn aborts a fetus in an operation designed to save the mothers life. Do we bring him up on charges of murder and let a court decide his guilt or innocence? I would think you must insist on this, but if you do, there will be on ObGyns left in the Red States, which isn't exactly a pro-family position.
