Isn't there anyone in the Congressional leadership who is even willing to introduce a resolution proposing a Human Life Amendment?

Alan Keyes would've done it, if he'd gotten elected.

Keyes bombed out in my state. In GOP leaning Du Page County, Keyes only garned 35% of the vote even though Bush carried Du Page County. A lot of Evangelicals were embarrassed by Keyes's arrogant and harsh rhetoric. Pro-life is a viable position as long as the candidate puts into a context for showing compassion for society's misfits.

I think he should lead a movement to pass a Human Life Amendment. He'd be a natural. ;-)
