It is going to be very interesting to observe the finger pointing when five to eight years from now the Kyoto vipers are all pointing fingers at each other wondering why their economies have fallen by ten-twenty percent compared to the US, with the small exceptions of such forest rich countries as Russia. I wonder how long it will take to dawn on them that their plowing mega-billions into stupid "solutions" for a non-existent "problem" was the direct cause.

If the WTO tries to enforce anything on the US, we should just tell the would be enforcers that the US navy will seize any shipment headed for any of them or from any of them, until they cease and desist. You want lawless enforcement? No problem. You want to use trade access as a political weapon? No problem. Try shipping anything anywhere past 50 SSNs.
