I can't get over how young,John O'Neill looked in that top picture! But even then, he was a great speaker.At point in the debate with Kerry, he said something to the effect that"John, I'm not as eloquent(word?)as you are but...." I remember thinking at the time - he(O'Neill)sure speaks great for one so young(25).
