Their funeral was in the church that I used to run around in as a child when it was being built. I drive past the cemetery where they are buried when I come to to Fresno from Shaver Lake. All of these stories should hit close to home, but this specific one really does so for me.
So sorry to read of the loss of these two to their families and their community.
